How it works
Full spectrum means three wavelengths, not one.
Most home saunas run a single band of far infrared, because it is the cheapest array to build. It produces the deep heat and the sweat, and nothing else. That is the heat you already know from the gym.

When things go wrong, a great company gets it sorted out
There was a problem with the delivery to Sardinia which the company relentlessly pursued until the problem was solved and the delivery completed. At no time was I left uninformed of what was happening. The sauna arrived and we had no problem assembling it and using it. It is a very well made product. Compliments to all the staff.

Very easy to put together
I chose the Nutelix Mini due to limited space. Very easy to put together and been really pleased with it over the last year. Had a minor issue with my fuse board tripping when switching on sauna. The team responded quickly, confirming they can help and this is a rare issue, but they offer a different power supply which will solve this. This is a free replacement! I am very happy with my Nutelix Mini and even more pleased with the customer service from a family-run business in UK.

Nutelix Infrared Sauna is great
Excellent personable customer service. I previously had a canvas tent infrared sauna and this is a real upgrade, well worth the extra money. Sauna gets super hot, looks great and is Low EMF. Would thoroughly recommend. A real luxury but so important for health and detoxification.

Great product and excellent company. I bought a Nutelix Infrared Sauna after doing a lot of research. I was fitting the sauna in a confined space. The customer service I received was simply the best, a rapid and hands-on response to my questions from the people who were clearly running the business. Assembly wasn’t simple but neither was it difficult, most of the difficulties stemmed from being in a small space not the fault of Nutelix. The sauna itself (now up and running) is very very good. Solid, functional and smart. A number of nice touches included too which I really liked. In summary a really good and easy company to deal with, and a good value high quality product.

Wonderful experience and great product
I took quite some time deciding which sauna to buy and did a huge amount of research beforehand. Finding a reputable company that offered great support was really important to me. Once I finally made my decision, I called Nutelix and spoke directly with the Nutelix team, who were incredibly helpful and answered all my remaining questions clearly and promptly. I placed my order that same day, 15 September, and my Nutelix Infrared Sauna arrived just a week later, on 22 September. Any questions I had about assembly were quickly answered, which made the setup process easy and stress-free. My mum used the sauna the very next day and was absolutely delighted with it. I used it myself yesterday and couldn’t be happier. It’s a fantastic product that lives up to all expectations. Great product, great service, and a wonderful company to deal with. Top notch sauna
Top notch sauna from a friendly, helpful company. The sauna is even better than I could have imagined. It looks fabulous and smells even better. My house is not huge so I got the smallest footprint which is under a square meter and it fits in the front room of my Victorian terraced house and actually looks really good! I wasn't expecting that. The company was on hand when I had a couple of queries about how to assemble it but I essentially did that with some help from one other female and we had it all assembled within the hour between the two of us. If you are unsure which sauna to buy, get one from this company. You will not regret it. And no, they are not paying me 😃

Fantastic Infrared Sauna
From the first contact with Nutelix through to delivery, I can't fault the whole process. Friendly, knowledgeable owner who focussed on our requirements and what their product could deliver. Unboxed it this afternoon, set it up in an hour and once I'd followed their post-installation setup, enjoyed my first sauna at home. A very well built, quality sauna which delivered a deep sweat and I just know that incorporating the IR sauna into my family's health and wellbeing routine is going to pay dividends. Although awaiting stock when I placed the order, they took a fully refundable holding deposit, which was reassuring. Communication was spot on throughout, with clear and concise info and options. Impressive sauna
Firstly our Nutelix Infrared Sauna was delivered well packaged and promptly. We were impressed with the quality of the sauna and the detailed instructions made it easier for us to build it. The sauna is stylish both inside and out and being able to Bluetooth music into it and change the lighting to fit your mood are the finishing touches. Great product
Really pleased with our Nutelix Infrared Sauna. Quality of build is excellent and looks impressive too. Took a couple of hours for us to unpack and put together, with a few fiddly bits, but no real problems. Loving using it and if anything it’s exceeded expectations. I just wanted to take a moment to thank you for the excellent service you provided when I purchased my Nutelix Infrared Sauna from you. Although it took a little longer to arrive and be installed, first due to shipment delays on your end and then my own unfortunate accident breaking my femur, I finally had it set up last week. Since then, I’ve used it several times and absolutely love it! My electrician installed it within a couple of hours. I also really appreciate the thoughtful extras that came with the sauna: the stool, cupholders, aromatherapy glass, sauna hat, dry brush, and towel were all lovely touches. Thanks again for all your help. I’m absolutely delighted with my sauna!

A brilliant company

Will it actually fit in my house?
The 1-Person measures 150 x 90 x 90 cm. The 2-Person measures 120 x 100 x 190 cm (47.2 x 39.4 x 74.8 in). One owner describes fitting the smallest footprint into the front room of a Victorian terraced house; others have used spare rooms, basements and garages.
Do I need an electrician?
The sauna runs on 220-240V. Across the UK, Europe, Australia and much of Asia that is an ordinary household supply and you plug it in. In North America it is not: 220-240V is a dedicated circuit an electrician installs, in the same way an electric oven or a dryer outlet is. Check what you have before you order.
How hard is the assembly, really?
It uses a Snap-Lock frame the supplier rates at about 30 minutes. Owners report a range: one calls it super easy to assemble, another says it took a couple of hours with a few fiddly bits and no real problems, and a third found it harder mainly because they were working in a confined space.
What if I end up not using it?
That is what the 30-Day Room Test is for. Put it in the room, use it for thirty days from delivery, and if it has not earned its floor space send it back. The fear is not that the sauna is bad, it is that it becomes furniture, so the guarantee is written against that fear rather than against the product.
How is it different from the sauna at my gym?
Most gym saunas are traditional: hot air, one heat source, and you sit in it at whatever time the gym is open. This is full spectrum, which means three infrared bands rather than one, at a temperature you can sit in for twenty minutes rather than endure. And it is in your house at six in the morning.
How long until it arrives?
Within 30 days of your order, with free shipping inside the US. That is separate from the 30-Day Room Test, which is counted from delivery rather than from the order.
