Subscription Cancellation

Subscriptions may be canceled before the next order is issued or processed.

If a subscription is canceled after the next subscription order has already been issued, processed, or charged, a 15% cancellation and processing fee will apply.

This fee covers:

  • Fulfillment preparation
  • Administrative handling costs

Once a subscription order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. In such cases, the standard Refund Policy applies.

Nutelix reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue subscription programs at any time.
