Returns Policy

We want you to love your Nutelix. If it is not the right fit, getting your money back should be simple.

30-day returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your Nutelix Smart Eye Massager for a full refund, no questions asked.

How to start a return

Email hello@nutelix.co.uk with your order number and we will handle the rest. We will either arrange collection or send you a prepaid return label at no cost to you.

Refund timeline

Once we receive your return, we process your refund within five business days. The refund is returned to your original payment method.

Condition

We ask that the device is returned in good working condition. Original packaging is not required.

Faulty or damaged items

If your Nutelix arrives damaged or develops a fault within the warranty period, we will replace or refund it at no cost to you. Email us a photo and your order number and we will sort it the same day.
